3. Service Bookings
Bookings can be made via telephone, email, or through our website contact form. Upon receiving your booking request, we will provide a detailed quote. A formal confirmation, either verbal or written, of this quote and your agreement to our terms constitutes a binding contract for services. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
4. Pricing and Payment
All quotes are provided based on the information given by the Client. Any significant deviation from stated conditions or requirements upon arrival may result in a revised quotation or the inability to complete the service. Payments are typically due on the day the service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of booking. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice during business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of service without prior notice may be charged the full booking value.
6. Property Access
It is the Client's responsibility to provide safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. We require unhindered access to all areas to be cleaned, along with a continuous supply of electricity and hot and cold water. Failure to provide access or necessary utilities may result in the service being rescheduled and a cancellation fee applied.
7. Service Guarantee & Complaints
Aaron Cleaning Services Ltd is committed to providing a high standard of cleaning. If you are not entirely satisfied with a specific aspect of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will then arrange a suitable time to re-evaluate the area in question and, if applicable, re-clean it at no additional cost to you. This guarantee does not apply if the Client or a third party attempted to rectify the issue before our inspection.
8. Company Liability
While we take utmost care, the Company will not be held liable for any damages caused by the use of faulty equipment provided by the Client, or for pre-existing damages or defects within the property. We carry public liability insurance for accidental damage caused by our operatives during the service. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion and sufficient evidence must be provided. The Company's liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
9. Client Obligations
- To provide a safe working environment for our cleaning operatives.
- To inform us of any delicate or high-value items requiring special attention.
- To remove any valuables or fragile items from areas to be cleaned, or to clearly instruct our staff regarding handling.
- To secure pets or ensure they are not present during cleaning appointments.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
